The firm is currently representing the Atlantic Club Casino Hotel in conjunction with its much publicized filing of Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on November 6, 2013.  The firm intends to secure DIP financing on behalf of the Atlantic Club Casino Hotel to run and implement a marketing and auction process that ultimately will lead to a sale of the Atlantic Club Casino Hotel’s assets to a third-party.  With the onset of legalized iGaming in New Jersey, the Atlantic Club Casino Hotel expects to run a fulsome sale and auction process for the benefit of their estates, creditors and stakeholders.
