Cole Schotz advised Rich International on the $47.5 million purchase of a mixed-use apartment building at 885 10th Ave. in New York City from Benchmark 885 LP. The 37,000-square-foot building has 37 apartments units, with The Greek Kitchen and Boston Market occupying the building’s retail spaces.
