Cole Schotz Elevates Two Attorneys to Partnership

HACKENSACK, N.J. – The law firm of Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mary W. Browning and Antonio G. Cammalleri as members (partners) of the firm. Both attorneys reside in Cole Schotz’s Hackensack office and were formerly associates with the firm.

Ms. Browning focuses her practice in estate planning, with an emphasis on sophisticated estate and special needs planning, estate administration, business planning and tax.  She formerly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel A. Pisano of the United States District Court. Ms. Browning has lectured in the areas of trusts and estates, special needs planning, multi-state tax issues and charitable gifting.

Mr. Cammalleri focuses his practice on the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial real estate. He also practices in the area of land use, representing applicants and objectors before municipal planning and zoning boards in connection with development approvals and the acquisition of commercial properties.

Cole Schotz serves clients throughout the U.S. with offices in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland and Texas.
