e-Discovery in the Bankruptcy Context

November 20, 2014Attorney: Susan M. Usatine

Susan Usatine will be on the IWIRC speaking panel, EDiscovery in the Bankruptcy Context.

Panel Description:

Many bankruptcy professionals acknowledge they are not particularly "e-savvy".  The artificial divide between "e-savvy" attorneys  and bankruptcy professionals is limiting and likely to occasion unnecessary expenses and worse, impact the accuracy and value of restructuring and turnaround advice.  Bankruptcy professionals that understand ESI, its preservation, identification, collection, and review will be best equipped to provide accurate, expeditious and cost-effective advice and better positioned to meet preservation and related e-discovery obligations.
