Taylre Janak is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department and is based in the New York office.

Taylre currently serves as the Bankruptcy Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division for the American Bar Association.

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Taylre clerked for the Honorable Mark X. Mullin United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas where she was actively involved in the administration and disposition of various issues in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings.

Taylre graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2018. While in law school she was a senior articles editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and an extern at the Office of the General Counsel—Executive Office of the U.S. Trustee’s Program.
